Q:  I’ve never done an online program, do I need special equipment?

Nothing special!  Just a computer (or phone or ipad) and internet access.


Q:  How much time will this program take?

You can work your way through this program in ANY way that feels good for you.  If you prefer to have guidance and structure, my suggestion is to dedicate 2-15 minutes per day a few days / week.  Start where feels good and build up to eventually adding a 30-60 minute session once / week.


Q:  Do I need to have any previous experience with breath or mindfulness to benefit from this program?

NO!  I will guide you though every step of the way regardless how much experience you do or do not already have.  What IS required is an open mind and a willingness to learn, experiment and explore.

Q: How do I know if I'm in enough pain to join this program?

You don't have to be in any pain to benefit from this program.  Let's face it, if you are a human being, you will have pain at some point in your life. This program was originally designed for those living with pain but the longer it runs, the more we see how beneficial it is as prevention.

It is much easier to learn new information and implement new habits when you are feeling fine.  We should all have this knowledge and these tools so that if / when we get injured or face a chronic issue, we have all we need to deal with it.

Q:  If I enjoy a particular lesson, can I access it more than once?

ABSOLUTELY!  Once new content is unlocked each week  you can continue to revisit that content as often as you like for hte duration of the 10 week program.   

Q:  Are you available for questions?

a)  Before the program starts:  You can DM me on  Facebook and Instagram  or you can email me.

b)  Once the program starts:

There will be a LIVE online group coaching calls once every 2 weeks in D.A.R.E to Heal and once a month in the membership.  These sessions start and end with a guided practice and are then opened up to questions and discussion. 


D.A.R.E. also has a private Facebook community you'll have access to once you join.  It's always nice to reach out there and see if the community has anything to add or share .  It's  a kind and supportive group.


If you would like to book a one-on-one online session with me my rates are:

  • 90 minutes - $175 CAD tax included

  • 60 minutes - $126 CAD tax included  

  • 30 minutes - $75 CAD tax included  

  • 15 minutes - $25 tax included  

In person sessions are also available at the same rates if you live in Montreal. 

Q:  What is the investment, again?

For the cost of  4 Osteopathy sessions  you will benefit from having an Osteopath in your home (virtually!) guiding you every step of the way. 


The 10 week program is only $454 CAD (tax included).

The membership program is only $89 CAD (tax included) / month or $890 annually (membership can be cancelled at any time).  NB:  Two months FREE when you choose the annual option. 


NB:  The 10 wk program is a pre-requisite for joining the membership.

Q:  Will there be recordings of the live sessions?

YES! Participation in the live sessions are optional.  They are there for YOU. 

If the timing doesn't work for you, you can access the recorded sessions in your D.A.R.E. library  any time while a member.  So if you miss a live session, no problem! 

You also have to option to listen in on the lives but keep your camera off if you want to benefit but aren't feeling up to being seen.

Q:  Will I have access to the recordings for life?

You will have access to view the D.A.R.E. to Heal recordings for 10 weeks and the D.A.R.E to Live recordings for as long as you are a member of the program. 

Q:  Can I  cancel and get a refund if the program is not for me?

10 weeks is a short amount of time when it comes to learning about pain.  I want you to benefit from the experience of the full program, start to finish.  There are no refunds for the 10 week course.  If you are part of the D.A.R.E. to Live membership, you can cancel at any time (NB:  The 10 wk program is a pre-requisite for joining the membership).
